Central Illinois School of Prayer
The Central Illinois School of Prayer offers one-of-a-kind local theological training with an emphasis on personal growth in prayer and knowledge of Scripture. Courses are taught in a welcoming group setting with all ages, experience levels and Christian traditions in mind. Our heart is to grow in prayer together so we can love Jesus, His church, our neighbors and ourselves in the most healthy, biblical and God-glorying ways possible.
The Fall 2024 semester is every 2nd and 4th Friday evening from October 11-December 13 for a total of five courses. The Prayers of Paul is the theme for the semester. All classes are on Friday nights from 7-8:30 p.m. and includes teaching, group discussion and prayer. Open to all ages and free of charge. Students do not have to commit to all five courses, and can come to as many, or as few, as schedules allow. The Fall 2024 semester is led by Derek and Mandy Kistner as well as a trusted team of leaders experienced in prayer. Located at the Greater Peoria House of Prayer.
