With Mother’s Day in mind, I reached out to my Mom recently to ask if there were any times she prayed and truly felt God undeniably answered. Without hesitation, she recalled praying for my younger brother who was born gravely ill. He lost a heartbeat twice before eventually pulling through by the grace of God. Our miracle-baby brother now has a wonderful wife and children today. You know, we don’t always receive answers to prayer like we want, but sometimes we do. Miracles do happen, and often in answer to asking for them. I hope all of the moms listening today have a very happy Mother’s Day, and are encouraged to keep praying. You are very special, and God is listening when you talk to Him. Now that’s something to pray about!
